The seat of the Confederacy's government, such as it is, is located in the city of Epiphyte. The nation also includes smaller towns, such as a seaport that connects the continent of Lopanga with the continent of Inaria, and various groups of recoms who choose to live in agrarian or nomadic tribes. The [[Seventh Wave]] serves as a small navy for the Confederacy.
